This flavorful veggie sandwich is a delicious, quick-to-prepare lunch idea that's sure to be devoured!
Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. Assemble the sandwich by starting with the hummus spread on one slice of bread. On the other slice, drizzle balsamic vinegar.
2. Layer the rest of the vegetables starting with the avocado (sprinkled with spicy herbamare), and seasoning the tomatoes with the original herbamare.
3. Cut in half and serve immediately.
