With its muscle repairing protein, bone and teeth strengthening calcium and mood boosting B complex vitamins, cottage cheese is packed with many healthy benefits. Little Radish sprouts are also super nutritious, containing vitamin A, B1, B2, C and healthy minerals for an extra boost.
1. Spread the slice of wholemeal bread with coconut butter and/or a sliver of miso paste.
2. Place organic lettuce/rocket leaves on top.
3. Add a dollop of cottage cheese.
4. Top with delicious freshly sprouted Little Raddish sprouts.
