Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. In a pot of boiling water, add Herbamare Seasoning and baby potatoes. Cook for 12 minutes before adding frozen peas to pot. Continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
2. Drain contents of pot and return to pot. Puree and mix with the other ingredients of the puree. Adjust seasoning with Herbamare Organic Herb Seasoning.
3. Place all steak ingredients on a plate. Add a drizzle of oil and coat well.
4. In a high heat pan sprayed with oil, cook steaks for 3 minutes on each side, depending on size of steaks and desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.
5. In the same skillet, over medium heat and sprayed with oil, add onion, mushrooms, thyme and Herbamare Organic Herbs Salt Seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. In a glass, put all the other ingredients of the sauce. Mix well.
7. Add the contents of the glass to the pan and mix well. It should thicken.
8. Serve steak slices with mashed potatoes and sauce.
Tip
For a smoother mashed potato, you can add milk or even a little butter, which will give your mashed potatoes a creamy consistency!
