Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place all tofu ingredients. Add a drizzle of oil and mix well. Place in the oven for 40 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
3. In a pot, put all the rice and lentil ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, adjust heat to low and simmer for 25 minutes.
4. Serve the rice and lentils with the crispy tofu and greens of your choice.
Tip
To cook the greens, I have a great technique! First, you need a sieve the same size as your pot. Then, put your vegetables in the sieve and when your rice and lentils have 10 minutes left to cook, send them to steam in the same pot! Be sure to turn up the heat slightly for the rest of the cooking time.
