This vegan ceviche will make you forget about fish, it's so full of flavor and freshness! What's even better is that it requires even less preparation, thanks to the canned hearts of palm!

Vegan heart of palm ceviche

How to make Vegan heart of palm ceviche

1. Drain the heart of palm

2. Prep all the remaining ingredients and add everything to a bowl
