Tomato & zucchini spaghetti

How to make Tomato & zucchini spaghetti

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

2. Slice the zucchini lengthwise & grill until lightly charred. Set aside.

3. Add the tomatoes and the sliced garlic to the same pan used for the zucchinis with a splash of olive oil and grill until lightly soft and charred.

4. Mix the bouillon cube with the reserved pasta water.

5. Add all other ingredients to the pan: cooked pasta, pasta & broth water, Herbamare original, lemon juice, olive oil, zucchinis, fresh basil and cheese of choice.
