This recipe was a hit in my home! Actually super simple to make, it’s a nice flavorful twist to the common corn on the cob. It’s also oil free and butter free.
Spicy Herbamare® is made from sea salt and 15 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. Grill corn on the bbq, about 3-5 min on each side.
2. For the sauce (guacamole), add the avocadoes, the lime, the shallot, sriracha, herbamare in a blender until smooth.
3. Fill a small piping bag with the guacamole. Add a drizzle onto the grilled corn on the cob.
4. Sprinkle some fresh cilantro and hemp seeds.
