Eggs are one of the most nutritious foods, in that they contain a little bit of almost every nutrient your body needs. bioSnacky® Alfalfa Sprouts are super nutritious too and contain vitamins A, B2, B3, C, D and many healthy minerals.

How to make Gourmet Omelette

1. Beat together eggs and soya cream, season with Herbamare® Original seasoning salt and pour into a hot, oiled pan.

2. When cooked through, remove from the heat, sprinkle with Alfalfa sprouts and serve immediately.
