Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. Place a large sheet of plastic wrap on the work surface. Place all gravlax ingredients on top and rub salmon pieces in well.
2. Make a sandwich with the salmon steaks and toppings. Wrap well in several additional layers of plastic wrap.
3. Refrigerate for 72 hours, turning every 12 hours.
4. Remove all toppings and rinse salmon steaks under cold water. Slice.
5. Place all creamy sauce ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
6. Serve salmon gravlax slices with creamy sauce.
Tip
To make it a complete meal, I served it on a plate with slices of airfryer-roasted sweet potato and blood orange. The result was tasty, rich, fruity and super original.
