This healthy quinoa and feta salad is perfect for a summer lunch or side dish. Easy to make and delicious!
Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. Place quinoa in a medium pot and rinse with water. Strain out water; add broth and turn heat to high. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered until liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
2.Cool and toss gently with feta, almonds, vegetables and dressing.
3. Enjoy!
