1. Peel pineapple and cut into small pieces. Peel the ginger and slice or grate into small pieces. Remove stone from avocado and cut into pieces. Mix the pineapple, ginger, carrot juice, avocado, basil and Molkosan® Fruit together and blend, using either a hand blender or blending machine.
