Ingredients

Nachos in a cup

  • 1 cup of tortilla chips
  • Herbamare® Original to taste
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • 1/2 cup of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
  • 1-2 jalapeno slices (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your choice)

How to make Nachos in a cup

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all your ingredients.

2. Take a microwave-safe cup or oven-safe ramekin and layer the bottom with tortilla chips.

3. Spoon salsa evenly over the chips, ensuring they're well-coated.

4. Sprinkle black beans and chopped green onions on top of the salsa. Season with Herbamare.

5. Add jalapeno slices for that extra kick (adjust the amount to your desired spiciness).

6. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese over the layers.

7. Place the cup or ramekin in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8. Carefully remove it from the oven (use oven mitts) and garnish with fresh cilantro and avocado slices.

9. Let it cool for a minute or two to avoid burning your mouth, and then enjoy your delicious Nachos in a Cup!

These individual nacho cups are not only tasty but also customizable to your liking. Feel free to add other toppings like sour cream or guacamole for an extra twist. Happy snacking!
