An original and unique Swiss recipe of herbal seasoning suitable for sodium restricted diets.
Herbamare® Sodium-free is made from potassium chloride and 14 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp.
1. Put about 2 tbsp of coconut milk in a large stockpot over medium heat. Add curry paste, stir and let cook a few minutes until it sizzles.
2. Add handful of cilantro leaves (leave some for garnish) and tofu and sauté about 5 minutes.
3. Add both cans of coconut milk with chicken broth, carrot, lemond grass, fish sauce and lime zest and juice. Grate the ginger into the broth. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Stir in the bean sprouts. Add the rice noodles and mix until they are covered in broth. Turn off the heat and let it sit until the noodles soften (about 5 minutes).
5. Remove lemon grass stalks. Taste and season with the Herbamare sodium-free. You can add more or less according to your taste.
6. Ladle into large bowls and garnish with green onions and cilantro leaves.
