The kind of meal you can whip up in under 30 minutes on a rushed week night, that has amazing flavors and is so satisfying.
Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. Cook gnocchi according to the package.
2. In a medium pan, over medium heat, add olive oil, onion and garlic. Stir and cook for 3 min. Add Herbamare original sea salt and dried herbs. Stir and let cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
3. Add parsley, mushrooms and spinach. Stir lightly and let cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add cream, water, lemon zest and parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. Serve over hot gnocchi, with a few basil leaves and some parmesan cheese.
