This gluten free pizza is super delicious! Once you make this recipe, you'll wonder why it took you so long. Quick to make and nutritious, you might never go back to regular crust.
Ultra rich in immunity boosting nutrients, cauliflower is great for strengthening the immune system and its resistance to viruses such as colds & flu.
1. Preheat your oven to 450 °F.
2. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
3. Place cauliflower florets in a food processor or blender and blend until it looks like rice. Be careful not to overdo it because it will turn into puree. You want to lightly pulse it so not to overblend.
4. Place cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl and cook for about 4 minutes.
5. Pour contents out onto a paper towel and try to get as much water out of it as possible.
6. Place in a bowl and mix together with other ingredients.
7. Choose if you want to make 1 large pizza or 2 smaller ones and press the dough out onto your baking sheet into a pizza shape.
8. Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes (or until edges are golden). Flip and cook for another few minutes.
9. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
10. Put all your toppings on your pizza and cook for another 5 minutes in the over at 350°F.
11. Cut and enjoy!
