With Herbamare salt, this recipe for Bacon-wrapped scallop skewers is perfectly enhanced.

1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high (approx. 220°C - 425°F).
2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and lemon zest and juice. Add a quarter of the sea salt and stir. Re-chill.
3. Coat each scallop with a slice of bacon, then immediately skewer the scallops on four skewers.
4. Season scallop skewers with remaining sea salt.
5. On a hot, oiled barbecue grill, cook the scallop skewers for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
6. Serve skewers with lemon wedges and flavored mayonnaise.
