If you take a look at the list of food to avoid, you can have all the wholesome foods that are not listed there.
This means that if you are suffering from a gout attack, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables that are not on the list.
Avoid proteins (especially meats and dairy products) and drink lots of water. You can have vegetable soups, salads, and smoothies...
Once the attack is over, you can reintroduce small portions of proteins into your meals, but favour the ones that produce less uric acid (legumes, nuts, seeds, poultry and fishes).
