I would like to recommend two things: rhodiola extract, as well as vitamin E intra-vaginally. Rhodiola helps regularize the body’s production of hormones during menopause—it works on both estrogen and progesterone—which should help you even more.
Administering a vitamin E gelcap vaginally at night before bed will help hydrate the vaginal mucosa and balance hormone production in the vaginal membrane. Start by inserting one 400 IU gelcap daily before bed until things improve, after which you can use two to three gelcaps per week for maintenance purposes.
Until you’ve re-established an equilibrium, you can use natural lubricants during sex.
