Herbamare® is delicious because it's made with the freshest ingredients. 100 kg of sea salt is mixed with 50 kilograms of fresh, organic herbs and vegetables. This is then allowed to steep and mature for up to one year before the remaining moisture is gently removed by a special vacuum process at low temperature. The process therefore infuses every grain of Herbamare® salt with all the flavour of organic fresh herbs and vegetables.
