Technically it should be at its lowest when you wake up in the morning since that is when you are the most relaxed and have the least amount of stress…unless you wake up from a bad dream.
Stress and physical activity are the two things that will affect blood pressure the most. Blood pressure is often slightly higher right after meals because the body is working hard to digest.
