Coconut milk is rich in many essential vitamins and minerals, including iron, manganese, calcium and magnesium. Coconut milk is also a great source of natural energy and can also help improve digestion.
1. Soak cashews in warm water for about 15 minutes or until they start to soften.
2. Cut potato and carrot and boil in hot water with Herbamare Original (or salt) for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
3. Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package.
4. Add all ingredients (except pasta) into blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
5. Heat sauce in saucepan for a few minutes.
6. Add in your pasta and enjoy!
