This smoothie will energise you so that you can defeat any challenge !

Tonic Drink 

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • ½ to 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of Natur®Peanut butter or Almond butter
  • 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder*
  • 2 cups Vanilla soy milk*
  • Ice cubes 
  • * Organic, if possible

Full of Goodness

Avocados are relatively high in soluble fibre which promotes the growth of good gut bacteria, improving overall digestion and metabolic health.

How to make Tonic Drink 

1. Mix in a blender until a frothy texture appears and serve.
