Sunny Strawberry salad

Here is a nice way to eat our strawberries otherwise than in a dessert! This salad goes well with grilled meat or fish, and is always a sensation when I receive my friends for dinner!

Ingredients

Sunny Strawberry salad

  • 6 cups Mesclun, washed and trimmed
  • 2 shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 12 sliced strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Natur® Le Fruit Organic – Strawberry spread
  • To taste Herbamare® Original, pepper

An excellent source of vitamin C, strawberries are a powerful immunity booster, while their antioxidant nutrients help promote good eye health and keep skin healthy and glowing.

How to make Sunny Strawberry salad

1. Put Mesclun, shallot and strawberries in a large salad bowl. Combine oil, vinegar and spread in another bowl.

2. Season to taste. Add to salad bowl and mix well.

3. Add sliced almonds or chunks of feta cheese to boost your protein intake!
