Ingredients

Spicy zucchini baked fries

  • 2 zucchinis, washed and cut into sticks
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast (flakes)
  • 1 tsp Herbamare Spicy
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup almond milk

Dipping Sauce

  • ⅓ cup vegan mayo
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp Herbamare Spicy
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional, add for more heat)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, finely chopped

Herbamare® Spicy

Herbamare® Spicy is made from sea salt and 15 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.

How to make Spicy zucchini baked fries

1.Preheat oven at 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.Prepare two bowls for your dip and cover station. In the first bowl, simply put the milk. In the other, whisk together the almond flour, spices, Herbamare spicy and nutritional yeast.

3.Take a zucchini piece and dip it in the milk.

4.As soon as it's been dipped in the milk, transfer the piece to the dry mixture and toss until the piece is all covered. Place it on the baking sheet, leaving space between so the next ones don't stick to it. Repeat this until all pieces are covered.

5. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip them for another 15 min of cooking.

6. To make the dipping sauce, simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

7. Enjoy!
