Full of healthy benefits, tomatoes are good for the heart, hair, skin and eyes. They are also immune boosting due to their high antioxidant properties and include vitamin C and beta carotene.
1. Season tomatoes with Herbamare® Zesty. In a saucepan, sauté shallots in olive oil.
2. Add tomatoes and 5 tablespoons water. Cook 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
4. Drain pasta and add to tomato mixture along with basil leaves.
5. Toss and place in warmed dishes. Crumble fresh cheese over the pasta and serve.
