This sooo easy recipe brings out the delicious flavors of Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts are oven-roasted to perfection with a touch of Herbamare for a sensational side dish.
Brussels sprouts are an excellent source of natural antioxidant, vitamin C. Cooked, they provide over 60 mg of vitamin C per 100 g. Regular consumption of foods rich in vitamin C helps the body develop resistance against infectious agents and scavenge harmful, pro-inflammatory free radicals.
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
2. Remove discolored leaves of brussels sprouts and trim the very ends of the stem off.
3. Cut an X into the stem of each one (about ½ cm deep) to bake more evenly.
4. Toss brussels with oil and Herbamare.
5. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.
6. Turn halfway through cooking time.
7. Serve warm and Enjoy!
