This recipe for penne with shrimp, tomato and spinach is nutritious and perfectly seasoned with Herbamare salt!

1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta al dente. Drain.
2. Season shrimps with half the salt.
3. In the same pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Set aside on a plate.
4. In the same pan, cook shallots and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Return shrimp to pan. Add tomatoes, herbs and white wine. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
6. Add pasta and spinach. Stir to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Season with remaining salt and pepper.
7. Garnish with Parmesan just before serving.
