This Cuban Inspired Mojito (Non-Alcoholic) is refreshingly delicious !
Due to its high fibre content, beetroot is great for supporting the digestive system, helping to prevent constipation and keep bowels healthy and regular. The iron content in beetroot means it’s good for those with anaemia and fatigue.
1. Muddle the mint along with the lime juice and honey in a Collins glass, add ice and the beet juice, top with soda water.
2. Garnish with fresh mint.
1.Combine honey and water together in a mason jar.
2.Shake until well combined.
3.Store in the fridge and use for the following recipes (as needed).
