Smashes—those fruity, icy concoctions that highlight the best of the cocktail season—have been popular for over a century. Here I propose a delicious alcohol-free version!
With their high levels of antioxidants, blueberries are immune boosting superfoods which can help fight off infections such as colds & flu.
1. Muddle blueberries and rosemary with the honey syrup using a wooden spoon.
2. Add the ice (if using) then pour in the bilberry juice, sparkling water and lemon juice.
3. Add the ice cubes (if using). Enjoy!
4. Garnish with orange slices, if desired
1.Combine honey and water together in a mason jar.
2.Shake until well combined.
3.Store in the fridge and use for the following recipes (as needed).
