Mixed Berry Mocktail

This easy, healthy mocktail recipe is perfect for a fresh summer drink anytime of the day! You can also get creative and add the berries that you want.

Ingredients

Mixed Berry Mocktail

  • 1/3 Wild Bilberry juice
  • 2/3 soda water
  • 1-2 sliced strawberries
  • Ice

With their high levels of antioxidants, bilberries are immune boosting superfoods which can help fight off infections such as colds & flu.

How to make Mixed Berry Mocktail

1. Fill a glass with ice. According to the size of glass you use try to keep the portions the same. It's 1 part Wild Bilberry juice, 2 parts soda water and 1-2 chopped strawberries.

You can add other berries if you like. If you want to sweeten it up a bit, I suggest adding maple syrup.
