Lobster season is everyone's favourite! Easy to prepare and naturally delicious. By adding a touch of Hermabare, your taste buds will experience an explosion of enhanced flavour. Treat yourself, you deserve it! These two butter dip recipes have become a staple at our family's annual lobster festival.
Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 15 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.
1. In a large pot, bring roughly 2 L of water for every lb of lobster to boil and season with Herbamare®.
2. Add 15 mL (1 tbsp) of Herbamare® per liter (4 cups) of water.
3. Cooking time should be measured from the point the water returns to a boil, after lobsters are put in it.
Cooking time: Lobster - 1 lb: 8 minutes. Add 1 minute per additional 1/4 lb.
1. Melt butter. Skim off and discard the foam.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
3. Serve warm as a dip for cooked lobster.
