This flavourful soup, with the delicate taste of celery, is easy to prepare. Perfect as a starter.

Ingredients

Celery and celeriac soup

  • 150 g celery, sliced
  • 150 g celeriac, cubed
  • 100 g potatoes, cubed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp dill seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 600 mL Herbamare® vegetable broth
  • Herbamare, pepper to taste

Herbamare® Original

Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.

How to make Celery and celeriac soup

1. Cook celery, celeriac and potatoes in oil together with the onion and dill seeds.

2. Add broth and bring to a boil. Leave to cook, covered, for 30 minutes.

3. Pour everything into a blender and reduce to a homogeneous mixture.

4. Season to taste with Herbamare and pepper and garnish with celery leaves.
