Ingredients

Berry Power Smoothie

  • 2 cups of plain yogurt
  • 4 cups of frozen berries of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 10 drops of Echinaforce® liquid
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Rich in vitamins & minerals

Berries are amazingly healthy little things. Packed full of nutrients, berries can help boost heart health, lower blood pressure and strengthen the immune system. High in fibre, they are also great for a healthy digestive system and can help reduce the risk of digestive problems such as constipation.

How to make Berry Power Smoothie

1. Stir in frozen berries, ginger, yogurt, ice cubes and Echinaforce liquid in a blender. Mix until a frothy texture appears. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
