I love a smoothie for breakfast and this banana and avocado smoothie is filling, nutritious, tastes great and sets me up for the rest of the day.
High in fibre, bananas & avocados are great for the digestive system! They are also both rich in potassium which is an essential nutrient for the nervous system.
1. Mix banana, avocado, almond milk and coconut milk together in a blender until smooth.
2. Dissolve 2 tablespoons Bambu® powder in an espresso cup of hot water and add to blender.
3. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of honey.
