Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces, being mindful of the knife. Peel the ginger as well and cut or grate into small pieces. Place the pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, Greek yogurt and honey in a blender. Add some water to taste and 30 drops of Echinaforce. Mix until smooth.
