This calcium absorber is better than any OTC calcium tabs in the market. I’ve tried OTC vit D & calcium tabs but these tiny tablets that melts under your tongue is not only so convenient but works quickly. My spinal & lower back bones doesn’t feel strained anymore. I swear by A Vogel products. I also take their SINNA tabs for my sinus & ECHINAFORCE tabs for colds & flu. No drowsiness effecf like acetaminophen & ibuprofen.
