I took this product when I was in the throes of lyme way back in 2014 and it helped tremendously lowering the anxiety that accompanies lyme disease. I stopped taking it when I got into remission a few years ago. Sadly, I am experiencing a Lyme flare-up now and I immediately bought the Avena. I don't feel it is working as well as it used to for me nowadays, but I am still using it and will not stop taking it until I feel back to normal. I guess I wish it were a wee bit more potent.

J’utilise principalement ce produit lorsque j’ai une crise de goutte aigüe. Je le prend en surdosage et le mal disparaît habituellement après une journée….
